arinaplas Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Member

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms come into effect the moment you complete the arinaplas registration process and click the confirmation link in your verification email. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

arinaplas reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date and to review the Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with arinaplas, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of arinaplas or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from arinaplas.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met and that you are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity. arinaplas reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on arinaplas. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arinaplas login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. arinaplas will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

arinaplas may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on arinaplas are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100 and the minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

arinaplas supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and Maya (near-instant processing)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits are credited to your arinaplas account almost immediately in most cases. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekdays are processed within 24 hours. Weekend requests may take up to one additional business day depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule. arinaplas does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Funds deposited to arinaplas must be used for betting or gaming activity. Deposits that show no wagering activity and are immediately withdrawn may be treated as suspicious and subject to review. Only the original depositor may withdraw funds, and all withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the arinaplas account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

arinaplas offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant offer page. The general principles below apply to all arinaplas promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Each member is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be requested. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets contribute 100% toward the requirement; casino games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• arinaplas reserves the right to void any bonus and the winnings derived from it if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or manipulation of odds is detected.
• Promotions are intended for genuine recreational use. arinaplas may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on arinaplas are subject to the platform's general betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that market.

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation from the arinaplas system. Unconfirmed bets will not be honoured.
• If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will remain valid. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is abandoned after it has started, settlement will follow the completed-match rule where applicable. Markets that cannot be settled on the completed portion of a game will be voided.
• arinaplas reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where it suspects match manipulation or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an obviously incorrect price being offered, arinaplas reserves the right to void all bets placed at that erroneous price.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, market, and account status.

7 Casino Games — JILI Slots and Baccarat

arinaplas offers a range of casino products including JILI Slots and live Baccarat tables. The following rules apply to all casino play on the platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live table games, by real dealers operating under controlled conditions.
• Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to review these before wagering.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, arinaplas's server logs will be used to determine the outcome. Partial game states may be resolved in a manner deemed fair by the platform.
• Casino winnings are credited to your main arinaplas wallet and are subject to the same withdrawal rules as sportsbook winnings.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to additional verification and may take up to 5 business days to process.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on arinaplas. Engaging in any of the behaviours below may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other bettors or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting system errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Attempting to launder money or use arinaplas for any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward arinaplas staff or other members.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

arinaplas may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases where these Terms have been breached or where we are required to do so by law. In such cases, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned if no breach is confirmed.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the arinaplas support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method used for deposits, subject to standard verification requirements. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be voided upon voluntary closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

arinaplas is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. We provide the following tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and automatic logoff after a set period
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion (from 6 months to permanent)
• Reality check prompts during live betting and casino sessions

In brief, arinaplas uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and communicate relevant promotional offers where you have opted in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, arinaplas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

arinaplas makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity and will notify members of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of arinaplas that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Before escalating any dispute to a formal legal process, we encourage members to contact the arinaplas support team. The majority of issues — billing discrepancies, bet settlement queries, and account questions — are resolved within 48 hours through direct communication.

14 Changes to These Terms

arinaplas reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will send a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new Terms take effect. Please contact the arinaplas support team to initiate this process.
